Minimum Qualifications:

  • Any nationality fluent in Arabic language (Emirati dialect/accent), English and Urdu.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field

Job responsibility:

  • Answering incoming calls and e-mails and covering all inquiries related to the Company.
  • Directing customers to the concerned department.
  • Responsible for receiving complaints and follow-ups.
  • Registering customers’ complaints and observations on the CRM system in force.
  • Commitment to the quality standards of call centers in force in the Emirate, courtesy, and good behavior.
