We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy handling both HR and administrative responsibilities, we’d love to hear from you!
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
• Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and other government-related documentation
• Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Assist with payroll coordination and leave management
• Handle office administration, supplies, and facility coordination
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in the UAE / preferably Filipino
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
🕒 Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
