🔑 Key Requirements:
• Relevant experience in construction, fabrication, or industrial projects
• Valid certifications (where applicable – e.g., Welding, Rigging, Lifting)
• Strong teamwork and safety compliance awareness
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage
