- Minimum 3+ years of experience in shipyards, heavy structural fabrication, or oil & gas equipment manufacturing.
- Skilled in FCAW, SMAW, MIG/MAG, and TIG welding.
- Experience with high-strength steel and heavy equipment fabrication is an advantage.
- Must be able to read fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
- Valid Welder Certificate and AWS D1.1 certification are mandatory (ASME Section IX – 6G preferred).
- Basic English communication skills required.
