Lead Stock Handler / Receipt Inspector

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversees and performs basic Standard receiving inspection to ensure parts received are the correct quantity, as described in PO and in good condition.
  • Prepares Over, Short, Damaged, and Discrepant (OSDD) Form, reports for all items not passing standard inspection.
  • Complies the materials are stored under correct storage conditions and complying to Company requirements.
  • Oversees and perform In-Storage Preventive Maintenance (ISPM).
  • Maintain and perform Good Housekeeping.
  • Monitor Warehouse Mobile Equipment, Tools & Lifting Tackles and Measuring Instruments are properly tested/ calibrated and are safe to use.

Minimum Qualification:

• Diploma in any Vocational Course or College Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of warehousing experience in general warehouse industry.
  • Experience on the operation of a forklift, with license is an added advantage.
  • Experience working with an inventory and warehouse management system. SAP is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to use hand tools and ladders in accordance with Company safety standards.
  • Goo in English communications skills verbal and written with IELT proficiency at least level 4 or level 5.
  • Experience in Handling of the Dangerous Goods materials.
