Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify non-conforming materials and liaise with the concern department from Procurement department and QA/QS department for further action and close out.
  • Understand material specifications and capable of enforcing the specifications from the vendor and the various supply chains.
  • Prepares Over, Short, Damaged, and Discrepant (OSDD) Form, reports for all items not passing standard inspection.
  • Complies the materials are stored under correct storage conditions and complying to Company requirements.
  • Awareness with regards to material receipt inspections
  • Maintain and perform Good Housekeeping.

Minimum Qualification:

• Diploma in any Vocational Course or College Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of warehousing experience in a manufacturing industry.
  • Experienced on the operation of a forklift, with license is an added advantage.
  • Experience working with an inventory and warehouse management system. SAP is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to use hand tools and ladders in accordance with Company safety standards
  • Good in English communications skills verbal and written with IELT proficiency at least level 4 or level 5
  • Experience in Handling of the Dangerous Goods materials
