SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Job Summary

Responsible for gathering and shaping company business requirements and ensure implementation of the IT projects/changes as per business needs and requirements.  Support the company taxation business units to fully understand and manage the company in alignment with the law, policies, and procedures.  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Gather and Manage requirements of properties and tax management sub-systems and align new business requirements.
• Participate in supporting the organizational units in the Authority concerned with tax work to fully understand and manage tax management systems
• Identify business improvements that need to be implemented in tax management systems
• Implementing the process of providing tax systems services to meet business requirements and submit reports to the direct manager
• Provide support in fully implementing tax management systems while ensuring that support and maintenance processes are aligned with IT standards and strategy
• Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the direct manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ Engineering or other related degree
• 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Fluent in English and Arabic
