Salary: AED 4000 per month
Working hours: 08:00am to 05:00pm from Monday to Friday
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Driver cum PRO Assistant to support our Public Relations Officer while managing outdoor responsibilities. This role involves safe driving, representing the company in various outdoor settings, and assisting with administrative tasks related to public relations and government interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving Responsibilities:
- Safely transport the PRO, team members, and clients to various outdoor locations, including government offices, meetings, and events.
- Ensure the vehicle is maintained in excellent condition, performing regular checks and addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
- Manage driving schedules efficiently to accommodate the needs of the PRO and other staff.
Public Relations Support:
- Assist the PRO with outdoor activities
- Support the preparation and submission of documents related to government processes, visa applications, and other legal requirements.
- Represent the company professionally in outdoor settings, ensuring all interactions reflect positively on the organization.
Administrative Support:
- Help with administrative tasks such as maintaining records, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
- Assist with the completion of documentation for visa and permit applications, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and handling phone inquiries.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in administration or public relations are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and proven driving experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in outdoor event coordination or public relations is an advantage.
