TECHNICIAN, TURBINE MAINTENANCE (POWER GENERATION)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Perform all field maintenance duties and engage in operational activities for all gas and
steam turbines and their auxiliary systems. Additionally, execute hands-on repair and troubleshooting
tasks.

HEALTH, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT (HSE) AND SUSTAINABILITY:

• Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and
  sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and the company’s Code of
  Practices.
• Participate in Emergency Response duties as a team member.

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

• Has regular contact with other technicians, Supervisors and Engineers in Plant Maintenance Division
• Routine contact with Plant Operators, Safety Assistants, and Engineering Division personnel of
  similar or higher level

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical Secondary education or equivalent

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• 5 years’ experience in the the repair and maintenance of Gas/Steam Turbine, particularly Frame 5/6
  GE Gas Turbine, and associated equipment in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
