TECHNICIAN, ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE (POWER GENERATION)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Perform expert maintenance and installation tasks on any portion of the electrical system within
designated areas of the Power Generation & Distribution Network facilities and substations to which
they are assigned.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualification

• Technical Secondary education or equivalent with vocational trade certificate in the relevant
  field.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

a) Minimum Experience

• 3 years’ experience in the electrical repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment
  in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry

b) Knowledge & Skills

• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Good Coordination Skills

Professional Certifications

• Certification & Authorization of LV Electrical Isolation.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

• Certification in HV Electrical Isolation. (preferable)
