This role involves assessing site conditions, preparing necessary work permits, and coordinating with the site supervisor and other team members to ensure tasks are performed efficiently and safely. The Job Performer inspects equipment, follows risk assessment guidelines, and documents work progress. With extensive experience in construction, the Job Performer ensures quality, safety, and compliance in every phase of the assigned job.
