Job Summary
- Drive client workshops to understand the As-Is End to End business processes, perform gap analysis, come up with the To-Be process recommendations and prepare the business requirements documentations (BRDs)
 - Prepare Solution Blueprints, Functional specifications, System configuration guide, Review implementation plans, Creation of User Acceptance Test plans, Training and knowledge transfer, Assess Go Live readiness
 - Should be able to provide necessary guidance to client in improving the maturity of the process and IT landscape.
 
Duties & Responsibilities
- Experience in SAP Tax & Revenue Management (T&RM), and desirable in SAP for Public Sector Collection and Disbursement (PSCD)
 - Experience in Public Sector projects.
 - Proactively, explore the things to have an in-depth knowledge and expertise on whatever is taught
 - Should proactively try to acquire knowledge about the business processes.
 - Taxpayer Sign up and Registration, Return Filing and Assessment, Payment and Collections Refunds, Deregistration, handling of notifications, configurations, Revenue Management
 - Integration with 3rd Party systems
 - 2+ years of experience in the field of Taxation, Accounting and Auditing
 - Understanding of Tax Laws and Legislation’s.
 - Experience in preparing Business Requirements Documentation.
 - Have performed Business Impact Analysis and Due Diligence Assessments.
 - Experience in coordinating with the client and SAP/Microsoft System Implementation vendor teams
 - Ability to conduct training for audience ranging from end-user to top management.
 - Manage project and ensure quality of deliverable.
 - Must have flair in understanding new technologies.
 - Knowledge including Agile methodologies, inspiring teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ Engineering or other related degree
 - 8-12 years of relevant work experience
 - Fluent in English and Arabic (optional)
