Senior Project Manager

1. Bachelor Degree in Project Management/ Business Management/ Management Information Systems or any related major.

2. 20+ Years of experience.

3. 15+ Years in Project Management Experience working on Corporate and Government organizations in UAE.

4. Strong bilingual (Arabic/ English) communication skills and experience in communication with internal and external government and private organizations.

5. Strong experience in people change management and awareness campaigns.

6. Strong experience in integration with external entities.

7. Strong presentation skills.

8. Strong experience in Project Management Methodologies,

9. Strong experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in both waterfall and Agile.

10. Strong team management and building skills.

11. Manage the project constrains of Scope, time and Cost.

12. Work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines.

13. Strong Executive stakeholder’s management.

14. Strong Experience in tendering process in the UAE federal environment.

15. Project certification like PMP, Scrum, Prince 2, etc.

16. Comply with the company’s internal and external policies processes, procedures and guidelines.
