SUPERVISOR, TURBINE MAINTENANCE (POWER GENERATION)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Supervise and monitor the maintenance and operation of all Gas/Steam turbines and
provide field support, hands-on, analysis, and troubleshooting.
Carry out condition and performance monitoring program and fault-findings for Gas/Steam Turbines
and associated equipment. Ensure equipment is reliably maintained and no unplanned equipment
shutdown takes place. Minimize unplanned product loss, assist in reducing manpower costs by planning
corrective work (by avoiding emergency overtime, etc.)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Technical Diploma in Mechanical

• 10 Years minimum working experience on Gas Turbine, particularly frame 5 GE gas turbine and
  steam Turbine.
• Good knowledge of English language
• Mechanical Maintenance & Gas Turbine Trouble shooting techniques knowledge
• Compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Working knowledge of International Codes and Standards.
• Effective computer skills; Microsoft Office software, and other Company and discipline specific
  software applications.
• Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and
  individuals inside and outside the Company.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to formulate and communicate sound
  recommendations.
• Familiar with Permit to Work System
