Job Summary

Assess and help them improve the processes and systems inside the organization. Conduct research and analysis to produce solutions to business problems and help to introduce these solutions to business.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Function as the coordination point between Business Units and Technical teams to capture requirements based on changes or enhancements to the company system.
  • Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
  • Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
  • Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability.
  • Partner with stakeholders across business units  to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with managerial, and executive teams.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of relevant status reports to all appropriate parties.
  • Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
  • Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with stakeholders for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
  • 5-8+ years of experience in analytics and systems development
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (optional)
