Qualifications:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent, coupled with experience in Camp Administration.
  • Accumulated a minimum of 8-10 years of pertinent experience, ideally within a reputable Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, in a comparable role.
  • Possesses knowledge related to repair and maintenance activities, providing valuable assistance and support for camp services, needs, and requirements.

Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and administrative assistance to Camp Maintenance and extend support to all camp residents.

• Offer administrative and technical support to General Services, including reports on Camp Facility Status, Daily and Monthly MIS reports, and coordination of Camp Services in alignment with General Services objectives.

• Liaise with Executive and Senior Camp & Accommodation In-charge, and other administrative functions to address queries related to Camp Management.

• Maintain camp supplies, IT equipment, and office spaces, ensuring their good condition and readiness. Uphold the efficiency and economy of camp operations while prioritizing cleanliness and safety.

• Arrange minor camp maintenance work through assigned contractors to ensure accommodation readiness.

• Keep the camp occupancy breakdown updated, monitoring population status, and managing personal details, clearances, and room movements.

• Supervise repairs, maintenance, pest control, and waste management, ensuring daily standards are consistently met.

• Periodically inspect facilities, report asset status, and follow up with service providers. Prepare inspection checklists as per Company policy.

• Contribute to maintaining the store in optimal condition through building maintenance functions and planned maintenance processes.

• Implement Facility department routines and procedures for preventive and corrective maintenance, serving as a contact point with external service providers. Contribute to ensuring a safe work environment for all resident employees.

• Follow standard systems and procedures as per company policy, reporting unsafe conditions and unusual occurrences to management.

• Allocate assignments and instructions to maintenance service providers, supervising their performance. Maintain the highest level of service quality and work towards continuous improvement. Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.

• Monitor installations, repairs, and maintenance activities, inspecting and maintaining building systems such as heating and ventilation. Participate in coordinating projects, including renovations. Keep track of inventory of materials and equipment.
