Qualifications:
- Possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or its equivalent.
- Accumulated a minimum of 8-10 years of pertinent experience, ideally within a distinguished Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, focusing on Camp Maintenance or a comparable role.
- Demonstrates proficiency in repair and maintenance activities, encompassing Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), and expertise in System Diagnostic and Troubleshooting of Camp equipment facilities.
Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise, plan, and coordinate comprehensive maintenance services for non-process areas and accommodation facilities within the Company Gas Site, ensuring daily services align with standard practices and COMPANY Policies to provide excellent customer service to residing employees.
- Maintain the integrity and reliability of all camp facilities, overseeing the entire field operations of equipment within the facility area.
- Supervise contractor staff responsible for maintaining facility structures and installations, ensuring optimal functioning of facility systems and equipment.
- Monitor daily building operations, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management, ensuring reliability and adherence to standards.
- Track work orders for quality, adherence to service standards, and budget guidelines.
- Train contractor staff in best practices for maintenance work, safety standards, and compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Provide input for the preparation of camp maintenance activities, Capital, Operating, and 5-Year Plan budgets.
- Oversee the maintenance of buildings, roads, pavements, fences, sewage and drainage systems, sand cleaning, stabilization works, trench digging, pipeline excavation, concrete and masonry works, camp housekeeping, and facility GYM and GYM equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate facility activities with different disciplines, review and evaluate requirements, and receive work orders through the SAP system.
- Assist in preparing Statements of Work (SOW), evaluating bids for maintenance and repair works on-site.
- Ensure adherence to the COMPANY Work Management System (eWMS) in line with COMPANY guidelines.
- Evaluate required resources (manpower, materials, and equipment) and provide cost estimates for executing camp maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to secure manpower assistance for specific activities.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and regular review of camp maintenance policies, procedures, and systems to ensure consistent and systematic application of best practices and improve plan performance.
- Participate in preparing detailed “Method Statements” for executing hazardous work tasks related to camp works, ensuring all safety precautions align with COMPANY HSE standards.
