ENGINEER COST ESTIMATION

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / chemical engineering or equivalent.

6 years of experience, including at least 5 years of experience as cost estimation in project and Engineering environment in the Oil, Gas or Petrochemical industry.

Any relevant certificate would be an advantage

Cost estimators need to be comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and numbers.

• Compare and understand bill of materials information.
• Interpret data and reach accurate conclusions, they must also be analytical.
• Cost estimators should be clear when presenting ideas and conclusions to development teams.

Estimation software / Primavera P6.

• Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP)
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Technical Report Writing
