  1. Job Purpose:
  2. Organize and lead groups of holidaymakers on both Outbound and Inbound Tourism package tours, implementing marketing and sales strategies. Their main responsibility is to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience for clients from beginning to end, offering practical assistance throughout the journey.
  3. Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable travel packages, managing all aspects of travel arrangements including tickets, accommodations, and transportation. Provide travelers with relevant information and valuable resources.
  4. Possess full knowledge, skills, and ability to provide all services offered by the travel department, such as flight bookings, ticket issuance, quotations, and travel insurance. Coordinate and accompany vacation groups, executing marketing and sales strategies to promote tours effectively.
  1. Minimum Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Attend to clients promptly and courteously, assisting with travel requirements
  • Answer incoming calls and make reservations according to client needs
  • Listen to customer requirements and present appropriate services
  • Provide clients with up-to-date information and cost-effective travel solutions
  • Advise on upcoming products and discuss special promotions
  • Negotiate terms and conditions before closing sales
  • Review sales performance and aim to meet or exceed targets
  • Handle full reservation and ticket sales services, including issuing, re-issuing, voiding, and refunds
  • Manage hotel bookings, transfers, ancillary services, and other related travel services
  • Handle VIP, corporate, and walk-in clients
  • Stay updated on travel requirements and airline regulations
  • Maintain client database and establish loyal relationships
  • Understand 24/7 service and attend to emergency calls after hours
  • Assist management with collecting payables and handling local purchase orders
  • Report sales services daily and provide weekly sales reports
  • Promote and sell tour packages, designing flexible options to suit different needs
  • Check tickets, seat allocations, and ancillary services for clients
  • Handle groups and FIT tours, discussing points of interest along the route
  • Communicate information on itineraries, destinations, and culture
  • Ensure smooth tour operations, including entry to attractions and transportation
  • Address passenger inquiries and assist with problems that arise
  • Organize and attend tourism events, conferences, and exhibitions
  • Maintain close contact with clients and negotiate with suppliers for better deals
  • Survey the market for sales leads and group travel opportunities
  • Prepare package tours and secure best airfares in collaboration with suppliers
  • Update website and social media with package details and respond to comments
  • Share promotions and e-flyers via WhatsApp and email
  • Visit clients for product promotion and address complaints
  • Cultivate relationships with counter staff and stay updated on market fares
  • Advertise pre-packaged tours to the public and assist during peak seasons
  • Support management with tour-related tasks and submit monthly reports
  • Handle reservations and bookings for various services, including rental cars and cruises
  • Process visa assistance for clients traveling to different countries.
