Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruiter with a strong knowledge in the oil and gas industries
Education – A bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or any related field.
Competencies:
- Technical understanding of marketing platforms as well as the ability to promote candidate
- Knowledge of labour and immigration rules and regulations
- Able to demonstrate working with initiative
- Highly organized and flexible with good communication skills.
- Time management skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sources applicants who meet the specified criteria for the position.
- Checks candidates’ references with their previous employers, if needed.
- Builds effective working relationships with placement agencies for recruitment purposes within UAE and abroad.
- Advertise vacancies on different portal as per business guidelines.
- Building and maintaining client relations in relation to recruitment
- Building and maintaining candidate and out-sourced employee relations
- Preparation of candidates list, and submission to customer for review
- Management of recruitment, candidates lists and records including lists, recruitment/candidate trackers and related monitoring
- Management of data and information filling in job vacancies
- Preparation of recruitment related reports (internal and external)
