  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruiter with a strong knowledge in the oil and gas industries

Education – A bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or any related field.


  • Technical understanding of marketing platforms as well as the ability to promote candidate
  • Knowledge of labour and immigration rules and regulations
  • Able to demonstrate working with initiative
  • Highly organized and flexible with good communication skills.
  • Time management skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sources applicants who meet the specified criteria for the position.
  • Checks candidates’ references with their previous employers, if needed.
  • Builds effective working relationships with placement agencies for recruitment purposes within UAE and abroad.
  • Advertise vacancies on different portal as per business guidelines.
  • Building and maintaining client relations in relation to recruitment
  • Building and maintaining candidate and out-sourced employee relations
  • Preparation of candidates list, and submission to customer for review
  • Management of recruitment, candidates lists and records including lists, recruitment/candidate trackers and related monitoring
  • Management of data and information filling in job vacancies 
  • Preparation of recruitment related reports (internal and external)
