Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Facility/Hospitality Management or its equivalent.
  • Bring a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, preferably within a reputable Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, showcasing exceptional knowledge in facility management.
  • Possess excellent skills in accommodation and hospitality services, coupled with effective communication and customer service abilities.
  • Show proficiency in MS Office, along with a working knowledge of ERP, SAP, and similar platforms.

Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Senior Catering & Accommodation In-charge in following the annual business plan for Camps, Facilities & Office Management.
  • Supervise and oversee facility services at Company Site Accommodations.
  • Coordinate day-to-day facility services and operations, ensuring safe living environments in compliance with COMPANY Policies and high standards of satisfaction.
  • Manage Facility & Camp Management budget adherence and raise PRs for new projects from CAPEX.
  • Oversee 4 major camps and handle facility arrangements for site shutdowns and extra manpower.
  • Plan, organize, and supervise facility work and housekeeping activities in camps to maintain sanitary standards.
  • Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and safety rules in camps regularly.
  • Administer service contracts, ensuring cost-effective implementation and adherence to terms and conditions.
  • Check spare parts supplies and equipment regularly, ensuring stock levels align with catering contract provisions.
  • Liaise with HSE for health, safety, and hygiene regulations, implementing HACCP and safety requirements.
  • Prepare Daily and Monthly MIS reports, ensuring staff continuous training and quality performance.
  • Conduct periodic review meetings with service providers, ensuring service quality and improvements.
  • Monitor daily maintenance in Company Site Camps, ensuring high standards and compliance with operating procedures.
  • Coordinate with P&S Contracts Management Team to ensure compliance with Agreement T&C, SOW, and Pricing Schedule.
  • Provide guidelines and supervision to contractors, ensuring timely task implementation within allocated budgets and HSE Policy compliance.
  • Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures, controls, applicable legislation, and sustainability guidelines, aligning with international standards, best practices, and COMPANY Code of Practices.
