Talent Architect Consultant

provides management and oversight for Directory Services technologies, including Active Directory and Virtual Directory.

Participates as needed in pre-sales qualification and delivery of technical architectural design, strategies and plans for engagements.

Work with Consulting Sales to understand client needs, near and short-term opportunity drivers, and the available consulting opportunity

Provide Architectural consultation / guidance to key Business Partners

Activities may include but not limited to Assessment, Proof of Concept, Porting, Validation, Scalability Testing & Tuning, Solution Architecture Consulting

Support the customer in obtaining approvals for architecture work.

Implementation and change management of customer architectures.

Support Architectural Governance

Provide advice and support for proposals and bid work.

Consults in the areas of throughput analysis, problem solving and infrastructure planning, with the potential to affect the successful execution of business transactions.

Provide consulting and conduct reviews throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure that implementations are aligned with proposed and designed solutions.
